Georgia St. Garden II Expansion?

The Greening of Detroit called. They had extra plants today. I couldn't let them go to waste. So I have to decide, do I expand Georgia St. Garden II or start Bessemore St. Garden?

Now canning, that is something I actually DO know how to do! Pickles, salsa, tomatoes, jam. I'm doing it again this year if I get enough veggies.

You can also just buy freezer bags and cook down your tomatoes (or not) and freeze them. I do that, too. Not good with cukes, though.
